Higgs Boson- like boson discovered. Is Peter Higgs will win a Nobel Prize?

Great scientists with their physical theories proven usually won Nobel Prizes. Einstein, the Curies and others. Is Peter Higgs will win the Nobel Prize? Peter Higgs is the one who predicted the Higgs Boson and the Higgs field which explains how mass work. On July 4, 2012, CERN just discovered a boson which is consistent to the properties and characteristics of Higgs boson that made scientists assume that it is Higgs boson.
